The Australian Institue of Coffee was birthed from a simple but crucial idea to make great coffee accessible and awarded. 

Since the inception of the  the Australian Institute of Coffee its mission has existed to help empower coffee brewers roasters and creators to make the greatest cups and find a community of likeminded inderviduals to celebrate the science and art of making coffee. 

This is done through three main vessels: 

• The Prestigious Annual Australian Institute of Coffee Awards 
• Australian Institute of Coffee Affiliate Membership Community
• Australian Institute of Coffee Courses
• Accessibility to great Coffee through the AIC Coffee Map
